Petsy Keys Return and Refund Policy

Petsy Keys is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Deadline to request a return or refund:

●      The customer may request a return or refund for a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Conditions for return or refund:

●      Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, Petsy Keys will replace the product or issue a full refund.

●      Order Error: If an incorrect product has been shipped, Petsy Keys will cover the return shipping costs and ship the correct product at no additional cost.

●      Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Procedure to request a return or refund:

  1. Notification: The customer must notify Petsy Keys in writing (email, letter) within the specified timeframe, stating the order number, the reason for the return, and attaching a copy of the invoice.
  2. Product Return: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received.
  3. Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, Petsy Keys will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  •          Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted on personalized or custom-made products.
  •          Opened or used products: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging.
  •          Software: Once downloaded or activated, the software is non-refundable.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. SafeCare Petsy Keys can assist the customer with the warranty claim process.

Applicable law:

This policy will be governed by US laws applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.
