Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Canada to anywhere within the United States.

To make purchases on our website, follow these steps:

  1. Select the product or products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Log in to the site with your username and password. If you're not registered and wish to do so, use the "My Account" option at the top. You can also make purchases as a guest without registering.
  3. Once you've reviewed the products in your cart, continue with the billing and shipping information steps. Make sure to enter your billing information correctly if you require an invoice; otherwise, a standard purchase receipt will be issued.
  4. Select the desired payment method.
  5. Please read and confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions before making your purchase.
  6. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation screen with:
    •           The description of your order.
    •            The selected payment method.
    •            The total purchase.
  1. You will then receive an email confirming your approved purchase.

Shipping time : Your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after purchase confirmation.

Tracking : After billing, you will be sent a tracking number to monitor your order online.

Shipping Cost :

●      Shipping within the metropolitan area : Costs vary.

●      Shipping to other US provinces : Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity, size, and weight of the products, and will be sent via courier companies with the option to pay upon arrival.

Payment Methods:

Products can be paid for using the following methods:

  1. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay.
  2. Debit cards issued in the US
  3. Direct bank transfer.

Product Dispatch:

You can choose from the delivery options offered on our site:

●      Home delivery : We process your order and send it to the address you provided.

●      In-store pickup : To pick up your order in our store, select this option and be sure to include a note in the "Order Notes" section. Orders will be available for pickup within 2 business days of purchase. To pick up your order, you'll need to present your order number and ID.

If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the transaction will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded.
