Each product on our website includes a detailed description with information about the age (puppy, adult, senior) and breed size (small, medium, large) for which it's ideal. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be on its way quickly! Shipping: We ship all orders within 24-48 business hours after confirming your purchase. Delivery: Depending on your location, shipping takes between 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it in real time.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time: Log in to your account on our website (if you created one). Click on the tracking link we sent to your email. If you can't find the information, email us at hello@petsykeys.com with your order number and we'll help you.

What do I do if the product arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered?

We want to fix it right away! Damaged/incorrect product: Send us clear photos and your order number to hello@petsykeys.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll send you a replacement or refund. Important: Food must be sealed to accept returns (for safety reasons).
