Returns and Refunds Policy
Petsy Keys United States is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Deadline to request a return or refund:
- The customer may request a return or refund for a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Conditions for return or refund:

Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, Petsy Keys United States will replace the product or issue a full refund.

Order Error: If an incorrect product has been shipped, Petsy Keys United States will cover the return shipping costs and ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
Order Cancellation:
At Petsy Keys United States, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur. If you wish to cancel your order in advance, we can process the cancellation, but please note the following:
- All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee of the total order amount.
- This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway processing costs (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others).
- This amount will be automatically deducted from the total refunded.
Cancellations After Order Has Shipped:
If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, you may request a return after receiving the product. However:
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- A 6% fee will be applied for administrative and payment processing costs.
- The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.
- The refund will be issued once the product is received in its original condition.
Procedure to request a return or refund:

Notification: The customer must notify Petsy Keys United States in writing (email, letter) within the specified timeframe, stating the order number, the reason for the return, and attaching a copy of the invoice.

Product Return: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received.

Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, Petsy Keys United States will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:

Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted on personalized or custom-made products.

Opened or used products: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging.

Software: Once downloaded or activated, the software is non-refundable.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. Petsy Keys United States can assist the customer with the warranty claim process.
Applicable law:
This policy will be governed by US laws applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.
