Returns and Refunds Policy
Petsy Keys United States is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Deadline to request a return or refund:
- The customer may request a return or refund for a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Conditions for return or refund:

Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, Petsy Keys United States will replace the product or issue a full refund.

Order Error: If an incorrect product has been shipped, Petsy Keys United States will cover the return shipping costs and ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
Cancellations Before Shipping
All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee of the order total.
This fee covers non-refundable processing costs for the payment gateway (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others).
The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Cancellations and Returns After Shipping
If your order has already shipped or is in transit, you can request a refund after receiving it, keeping in mind:
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
A 6% fee will be applied for administrative and payment processing costs.
The customer must assume the costs of returning the product.
A refund will only be issued when we receive the product in original condition.
Return Process
Before returning the item, you must:
Send photos of the product to safecare.sales.com@gmail.com to verify its condition.
Once the images are approved, we will email you the return address.
After receiving the product and confirming that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
Exceptions:

Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted on personalized or custom-made products.

Opened or used products: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging.

Software: Once downloaded or activated, the software is non-refundable.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. Petsy Keys United States can assist the customer with the warranty claim process.
Applicable law:
This policy will be governed by US laws applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.
